"Quick and easy checkout"
Paying was straightforward, and my card went through on the first try without any issues. I liked that the checkout page was clear and didn’t make me jump through extra steps. The only thing I’d love to see is a few more payment options, like PayPal or a digital wallet, just for convenience

"Good customization options, but I felt a bit brushed off"
There were some good options for customizing, and the choices were easy to figure out. That said, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped, which made the whole experience less positive than it could’ve been.

I was a little nervous about uploading my photos at first, but it felt safe and straightforward. The upload was easy, the privacy info was clear enough to understand, and I didn’t get any weird follow-up spam, random emails, sketchy pop-ups, strange offers, or anything like that afterward. It just felt like my photo data was being handled carefully, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a small photo book from lalalab.com and it turned out nice. One thing I appreciated was the packaging — it was simple and didn’t come with a bunch of unnecessary plastic or random filler, which was a small but good detail.
The print quality was solid too, nothing over the top, just clean and nice to look through. It also feels better ordering from a place that seems to be making at least some effort to be a bit more eco-friendly. I’d probably use them again

"Easy enough to manage my account"
I didn’t really have any issues using my LALALAB account. I was just sitting down with a coffee and trying to update a few details, and it all went smoothly. I could check my orders without clicking around forever or getting confused, which I always appreciate because some websites make the simplest things feel like a chore. Logging in was straightforward too, and that’s a big plus for me. Everything was clear, worked like it should, and I’d give it 5 stars for that.

"Proper lovely gift idea"
Made a photo book for my mum and she absolutely loved it. It was ridiculously easy to put together too, which is great because I’m a bit useless with this stuff. such a cracking little gift

"Refund was fair enough"
Had a problem with my order, which seemed like something got messed up on their end, but the refund rules were clear and support got it sorted quickly. It wasn’t perfect, but I can’t complain too much since I got a fair refund in the end.

I did get updates on my order, and everything turned out fine in the end. But i kept feeling like I had to check again and again because the updates were basic. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit annoying having to keep looking, keep waiting, and keep wondering what was going on

"Not the smoothest experience for me"
I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong, but uploading photos took forever and the app froze on me twice. Checkout also felt a bit confusing, so I kept second-guessing whether I’d missed a step somewhere. Overall, it just wasn’t a very smooth experience for me.

"Decent for casual prints"
my order from lalalab was okay overall. I got a bunch of phone photos printed, and the paper quality and delivery were totally fine. The only thing is that some of the colors came out darker than they looked on my screen, especially reds and skin tones. Not awful or anything, just not as accurate as I was hoping. I’d probably use them again for casual pics, but not for photos I really care about.

I ordered a few prints from lalalab.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t really expecting them to show up so fast. I got the delivery update quickly, and then the package arrived earlier than I had in my head it would. Everything was packed fine too, like nothing damaged or weird. For me, the speed was the main good thing. It was easy, not much waiting around, which I really liked. I’d order again, probably

"I ordered from another country and..."
I ordered from another country and, shockingly, everything went smoothly. Shipping took a little while, because apparently teleportation still isn’t an option, but it arrived safely and in good condition. no complaints. It’s really nice to find a photo app that can actually ship internationally without making it a whole ordeal.
